Sue's birthday by sarah19

Sue's birthday

I didn't take this photo. ....her friend Pete took it when she joined him in Ardnamurchan on the west coast of Scotland some years ago. He walked round the coast of UK! Her dog Diesel has been staying with friends recently as sadly Sue died in May, just a few months after being diagnosed with brain cancer.
I just found this photo recently and since today is her birthday I wanted to mark it in this diary record.
Not usually on here on Monday mornings but developed horrid tonsillitis and swollen glands over the weekend 😕
Three good things
1. Lots of varieties of herbal tea in the house
2. Sleep
3. Medical Centre have appointment space this afternoon ....wow!
nice capture -

She was a beautiful woman. God rest her soul. 🌹
I hope you feel better real soon. For some crazy reason (lots of sore throats, maybe more than usual) the doctor took my toncils out when I was three. I remember the ice cream after the procedure made me feel so good.

I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your friend but this seems like such a special way to remember her. And like the others, I hope you're feeling better soon!

Thank you for your sweet comments.
Sue was a delightful person in every way. I sent a message to hee daughters on FB and got a lovely reply to say they had spent the weekend with her Mum (their Gran) and had seen all her family. The best all round. 😊
