This was after dinner so Sarah isn't wearing her veil but still looking gorgeous and you can see how happy Mr B is too!
It was a lovely day in every way and we enjoyed all it was possible to enjoy. Lovely weather, lovely garden setting, lovely hotel and great food and drinks. The social distancing wasn't too bad and at dinner we could chat to the bride's parents and brother who were at the same table as us.
The day before I had been feeling a little sad about the fact that Jonathan's international siblings and family couldn't join us, but decided I wasn't going to let that spoil their wedding day and it didn't!!
Three good things
1. Lovely hour with my gifted neighbour who is a make up artist. She did a great job!
2. Loved my outfit which I had bought in January and still think Allan is very handsome in his kilt etc.
3. My lovely housegroup friends were in the car park at the garden when we emerged after our celebratory drinks, cheering and blowing whistles and throwing real blue hydrangea confetti from the garden of one of them! They have known our children since they were very small so it was LOVELY!
Such a happy couple...they both look so relaxed! It’s been so hard this year for couples with weddings planned so this is a lovely picture.
I’m sure the brother & sisters were with them every step of the way!
thank you for your lovely comments.....so many photos to process and choose from!!
