This bridge was such a big part of our childhood as we crossed it often on our way to the shore from the swing park.....when we were old enough to go off on our own. There were always warnings of course as one of our peer group had sadly drowned in one of the deep pools of the river.
Glad to find it is now restored and we can access favourite walks again
