So, after yesterday's photoshoot was bombed by a very cheeky insistent gorilla glove puppet I've been pestered all day by the other monochrome glove puppets, all wanting their moment in the viewfinder.
I explained to them that I just don't have enough hands to hold them all up and hold the camera at the same time - so the clever cow came up with an inspired idea. Funny how compliant a bunch of rowdy puppets become when they've each got a litre bottle of paint inserted without anaesthetic. I'm sure I spotted a couple of tears!
So, introducing, from left to right ... Koala, Chimp, Cat, Gorilla, Cow and Elephant :o)
Well it looks like the litre bottle of paint was a bit too painful for Mr. Elephant !!! ...but I would say he was my fave puppet from the 'line up' , closely followed by Mr. Koala.
A very clever and imaginative shot Sarah, I look forward to seeing the series continue.
BTW : I sort of assumed the puppets were male ...I stand to be corrected though !
@dulciknit Thanks - that was a bit of a fluke, I pulled 6 bottles of paint out of the paint crate, and only after I'd taken a few shots did I realise I'd managed to grab the colours of the rainbow!!
@phil_howcroft Aaah, now, as a non-directive therapist, I'm very careful not to assume the gender of any puppet that a child picks up to play with - I wait until they let me know ..
BUT when it's just me and the puppets, I do tend to think of the gorilla (my fave) as a male .. and the cow (second fave) as a female!
and yes, the elephant does look a little surprised!! LOL
