Pee for two .. by sarahhorsfall

Pee for two ..

I went to a public loo in a shopping centre today - and was intrigued to find two loos in one cubicle! I'm guessing it might be for a mother & child, although there was no clue on the door that this was a special loo for parents. Not a particularly stunning picture, more a record of an intriguing experience!
That's very peculiar!

I find these really useful. With my two little girls trips to town often become a tour of public conveniences so when 3 of us can fit in the same cubicle and two of us can go at the same time it's a big plus.

interesting find and a first for me...but i can see how it can be useful for a mommy and daughter trip to the restroom

oh dear Sarah, did u have the loo door open when you took the shot ? You might have got a few strange glances 'what's that lady doing taking a picture of the toilets !!!'

One looks lower than the other , so mother and child seems a good guess.

A good title for your image :) I tried to come up with a title but could only think of 'wee wee' !!

@eosin Yeah, I can see how they would be helpful - some loo cubicles are tricky enough to manouevre for one person on their own, never mind when you've got 2 little ones with you!!

@phil_howcroft LOL .. noo, I didn't have the door open - it was a big cubicle! Although, I did have to chop the very bottom of the loos off ;o)

@cgould @catwhiskers @angievega I never imagined I would be posting a photo of loos when I started this project LOL

This pretty interesting. Could it be that the other toilet is a bidet?

@daveanajao No, they were both fully functioning flushing toilets :o)

Lol! It seems to go back to those times when people really did share loos and you'd get a sort of combi seat with up to four places.

We have a couple of places that have twin toilets, always thought it was for the 'girls night out, go to the toilet in pairs' but I did find them really useful when out with my son when he was younger.
Still a thought provoking cool pic though ;)

@sarahhorsfall i must admit the title toulouse did cross my mind too, but that's a big industrial french city......... i suppose we could go all artistic and name it after the french impressionist painter .............'toulouse latrine' !!!! ~(two loos latrine ...get it ha hah !!!)
