I took myself out for a few hours today - pie, chips & gravy at a 'greasy spoon' cafe (living the high life!), then sitting in the sunshine in Whitworth Park for a while, followed by coffee & chocolate cheesecake at the nearby Caffe Nero.
I prefer Caffe Nero to Costa or Pret or Starbucks anyday!
did actually notice on our visit to mancherserford thst NEROS was more prominent than costa or starbucks but we cgave into neros on the parade and had a mocha frap and it was lush :))

It was still chucking it down with rain, and we were thinking of just staying in there and watching through the window!!
