You would think my children would all be prolific knitters by now, but not so much. The interest is there, but the attention span...well, it's a work in progress.
One of Carolyn's teachers is expecting in a few weeks, and she is determined to make a baby hat. This will be the first item she's ever finished, and she's doing a great job keeping an even tension and not losing stitches.
Don't tell her, but I sneak a row on it here and there just so she can see it growing and not lose heart. ;)
Good for her..... and you for "helping". I learned to knit by the age of ten and have enjoyed it ever since. Haven't done much lately...... been too busy on 365 -- partly!! However, the interest is still there. Oneo f these days!
