Sitting in a sled (aren't sleds year-round toys at your house too?), playing with rocks and a toy truck, while cement mixers and a slipform paver put in new gutters right in front of our house: possibly a morning that will never be topped in terms of toddler entertainment value!
I'm becoming a subject matter expert in all things truck and road construction lately. Does Matthew actually care that the big yellow thing that takes concrete and shapes it into gutters is called a slipform paver? Probably not. But if I can tell which My Little Pony I just tripped over by glaring at its cutie-mark, I should also be able to name different types of trucks, right?
