I really dislike school pictures, because my kids never smile naturally and the backdrops are digital and they do a pretty awful job cloning them in behind all the fuzzy hair. However, every year I have to buy them. Why? Because we have family members who will only display "professional" portraits, not photos I take and have printed. Sigh.
