How weird is this? I opened my front door to a box on Monday. I knew the tea kettle I'd ordered was going to arrive on Wednesday, so I was very surprised to discover it in the box.
Four hours later, I received a shipping notice. For the tea kettle. Thinking I'd maybe accidentally ordered two I checked my Amazon account, but no, there was only one, and the tracking page said it had shipped on Monday and was delivered on Wednesday. Keep in mind, it was still only Monday.
So now we are convinced that Amazon has invented time travel for speedy prime shipping.
I'm just happy to have a new, pretty tea kettle to replace the one we accidentally boiled dry and ruined. This one whistles. :)
We've had similar time-traveling experiences with Amazon prime shipping. I'm always so excited when a package arrives, especially early! Nice color choice for your kettle! Great shot and story!
