One of the fundraising booths at Relay yesterday was a bunch of middle school girls drawing henna designs for a modest fee. I've never had henna done, but oldest wanted to and I couldn't think of a reason not to do it myself.
Considering these girls were maybe 10 and had never actually done henna before, I think their artwork is fantastic!
(Oh, and I discovered a reason not to... I've gotten grief from both my grandmother and my aunt today and requests to "explain" myself. Really? It's temporary. Also, even if it wasn't, who cares? Though given my absolute hatred of needles, the likelihood I'll ever consider doing a permanent version of this is ridiculously small.)
