I am a (mostly) stay at home mom to three kids, a yarn shop owner and a piano accompanist. Photography has always been an interest of mine - my dad used to develop film at home and I remember watching the magic of those images appearing on the paper under the red lights in the darkroom. At this phase in my life, photography is a way to try to capture the small, magical moments that happen every day in our family's life, the moments that you swear you'll never forget but that eventually slip away in the busy-ness of living.

I primarily shoot with a Canon SL1 equipped with prime lenses - either a 40mm f/2.8 or a 24mm f/2.8.
