Today was crazy sock day at school so my kids and I got to show off our fun, silly, mismatched, and wacky socks to promote a drug free life. It is Red Ribbon Week, a week dedicated to anti-drug awareness. Each day had a theme and we talked to our kids about making good choices in regards to drugs and alcohol. It was a great day all together and we did some really fun and engaging learning today. I would tell you more but the thing about days full of really fun and engaging lessons is, they are exhausting! This teacher has to get some sleep because crazy hat day is tomorrow and so is day 2 of our after school enrichment program.
@nana@allie912 My socks are the green one next to the blue and black striped ones. Allison, we had pajama day Monday, Tuesday was wacky tacky clothes day, today was crazy sock day, tomorrow is hat day (crazy or otherwise) and Friday is Professional day where the kids dress up as what they want to be when they grow up. It is a fun week.
