That must have been so hard for you, but even though it's a sad image, it's also a very pretty composition with the pops of purple and pink in the corner.
A sad and difficult time to part with those items that are so familiar to you , and mean so much I got rid of all my husband's clothing very soon after he died , but have still kept one item -- his white cotton sun hat which he wore after loosing his hair due to the chemo treatment -- it has been in my wardrobe for the past 37 years ! and I can anticipate it will be there till my dying day ! Be brave Sylvia -- take good care of yourself .
That is the worst job Sylvia, you would have to be brave to do that but I suppose it has to be done. So very sad for you & im so sorry for you. Yes good idea of @beryl to keep a special item that holds your late husband to you.
