Abacus is an instrument that was invented by Cranmer some 3000 years ago primarily in China, which later spread through countries like Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, etc. It was used in ancient times for calculating numbers through the Basic Arithmetic System.
This one was used by my daughter in 1990 when they started school. They started learning to count this way. Things have changed......
