Stopped in at Cango Caves today as part of our Karoo Tour. My old, entry level camera really battled with the low light conditions as I don't have high ISO capabilities like most of the others on tour with newer, fancier cameras, but I did manage this one when they put the lights on for a short while (I think they don't like to have more than very dim lights to show the path most of the time in order to preserve the nature of the cave - lights would allow fungus etc. to grow)
