Took the dogs out on our normal morning walk around the marina just like "the old days". First time since we were getting ready to take Don to hospital for the big operation. Such a dismal grey day. Almost didn't take a photo but decided I had to take at least one photo before the walk was finished.
Sometimes routines can guide and support us until we feel strong enough to take up life with both hands again. It's a very atmospheric shot Desi. Look after yourself well
It's the routines which support us - things have to be done.
In regards to the picture - I'm pleased you took one - because it's 'real'. One day over Christmas it was foggy. I went into the post office and someone remarked that they supposed I hadn't taken any pictures. But I had. I had taken all my usual views. That you couldn't see the scene didn't matter - because that was how it was.
@mona65@ludwigsdiana@365anne@narayani@anniesue Thank you all for the comments. Yes, it is the routines and the normal that support and help get me back on track again. I guess I've been a bit like a ship without a rudder for a bit ...
