After another busy, overwhelmed feeling week, my friend Karen took me out this morning for a TREATment at the Spa at Shelley point. We each had a facial, followed by a sauna, and it sure was a treat. Then walked around a little at Shelley point taking photos. So grateful for the wonderful friends who are helping me through this time!
