Spotted on our morning walk along the river. Unfortunately the one on the right has a stick tangled on his foot with what appears to be fishing line, so he is unable to stand properly but could fly away when I got too close
@narayani They are kind of prehistoric ... but then so are sacred ibis. We get sacred ibis here as well. Yes it is a shame about fishing line - I think it is as much of a curse as plastic because so many marine animals and birds seem to get caught up in it
