It's been a long time since I posted anything, or indeed since I picked up my camera! A long time since I have browsed this site. Feeling light-headed and dizzy for ages now. Found I am a little anaemic so maybe that is the reason for the dizziness. (I sure hope it is that simple). But today I decided I have to try and make an effort and the easiest way seemed to be to visit my "safe place" again to see what I could find there.
let's hope fixing the physical lowness will help, Desi. However, I would say that I am so much better since I went back to work and was less in my own company. Not having someone there, when there has always been someone there, is inevitably lonely and isolating. Is there anything you could do which would get you out and among people?
@anniesue Thanks Annie-Sue. I actually get out a lot because I have to. I am chairperson of the Body Corporate where my holiday apartment is, and there is a lot going on that requires me to go and interact with contractors etc. I'm just so tired and light headed lately that it seems too much effort to find time to take photos.
@photographycrazy@koalagardens@anniesue@narayani@777margo Thanks all. I stopped taking the capsules prescribed for the anaemia and I am feeling so much better. And happier! I think it is better to be anaemic than depressed and ill ... Will just have to eat more of the good stuff. Kale, Swiss Chard, liver (wasn't sure liver could be considered good stuff but cooked myself up a delicious chicken liver dish the other night!)
