West Coast National Park

Lovely day out at the National Park today - mostly to see the wildflowers, but ....Weather is icy cold here at the moment in the middle of some big cold fronts with snow on nearby high ground, and the wild flowers only open when it is not only sunny, but also warm, so by the time we got to this area of the park about 3pm the flowers were already mostly closed up in the icy wind. Good opportunity to focus on the rocks instead of the flowers
They are some odd shaped rocks!

@narayani They are indeed. And they are huge although you can't tell the size in this photo cos there's no person for comparison, but one sees them from miles away. I love rocks and am always fascinated by them - especially the curvy one which is like a piece of art when seen from the road far away - but one can't park anywhere on that little dirt road to shoot it from the angle that shows off its curves

Such a pity re the flowers. At least you had some other photo ops. It is rather tricky to find a spot to park though.
