Rebecca and I were at the Grand National with customers and my business partner and his wife yesterday.
We had a great night out in Liverpool on friday ending up in Flanagan's Apple on Matthew Street drinking way too much and dancing to an Irish band until the ealry hours of the morning. The 3rd of a pint of whiskey thrust into my hand, and masquerading as a nightcap at midnight was a great idea at the time but boy did I have a thick head on saturday morning!!
Before the party started, Rebecca and I had a great few hours wandering along the beach at New Brighton and then across in Liverpool.
I am afraid you have several versions of this shot to put up with over the next week!
A camera club judge would love this Sean, perfect composition, good use of leading lines and the rule of thirds and your eye travels into the photo, up to the lighthouse and then around the horizon and back to the foreground rocks.... a 10 I'd say! Fav.
@amandal Thanks, I am tearing around all day, way too much on today, so I would have missed it. I'm especially pleased as it is week 200. Don't know why, but that makes it extra special. Irrational I know, its because...........
@shepherdmanswife@michaelelliott Thank you both, and I doff my cap at the two of you as well, I see you are also there, so I am in illustrious company.
