While we were headed up Snowdon on the Mountain Railway our train had to wait in several places for a train going down the mountain to pass by.
With the steep slopes of the upper reaches of Snowdon in the background here we are waiting for the steam train headed our way. I stuck my camera out of the window and clicked and was rather pleased with the composition I ended up with.
A spectacular train ride, but not for the faint hearted as it crosses a few windy narrow ridges with 1000ft+ drop on either side.
