It was a tough call for today's photo (and I still may end up posting another one from today later). This was the Estudillo Museum in Old Town San Diego.
We had a productive day learning new information at the client. When we finished up there, Denise and I went out for a tour of La Jolla. Denise graciously volunteered to do the driving (so that I could obsess over photo taking), and she did a marvelous job of navigating the streets along the coast. After checking out the beach, we headed down to Old Town San Diego. After a wrong turn and finally finding an itty bitty parking spot, we made our way over to the Old Town Mexican Cafe, where we watched women making tortillas, a balloon man regale children with his creative animal-making skills, and listened to the mariachi band as it made its way around the establishment. Denise and I were so exhausted, we didn't even converse! But the food was yummy - the closest thing I've had to real Mexican food since I was in Mexico... After a quick tour around the Old Town historical park, we made our sleepy way back to the hotel.
