Blue Heron

It was pouring rain when I walked Green Lake earlier this week. I had no expectations of taking any photos until I spotted this blue heron. He was sitting on a tree branch that extended over the lake. I managed to walk down the muddy, rain-soaked bank onto the equally soggy shoreline to get this shot. Thanks for stopping by.
