A memory photo of a blue sky, white clouds in Seattle. Seattle is still enduring the wildfire smoke. However, yesterday there were slight tinges of intermittent blue streaks in the sky which gives one hope that the wildfire smoke is somewhat moving. Have a great day.
Love that huge clear sky! What a sign of better times...heart goes out to all this living through this nightmare! With family in Portland, it feels personal even from the midwest.
@taffy I might not have worded my comment well. This shot was actually taken in June 2020. Seattle's sky is still enveloped in wildfire smoke but with some tinges of thin, milky colored blue streaks here and there.
Wonderful looking and a beautiful capture. We're getting some of the smoke all the way here to Pennsylvania although it's in the upper atmosphere and not affecting our air quality. I find it fascinating, though.
