This is a photo of me taken last month in the usual corner :) of my niece's home. This corner has the best light. My great-niece, Natalie, took this shot of me. These past four months have been filled with surgeries: cataract surgery on both eyes, mohs surgery. Yesterday, I had 30 stitches removed from my neck where a cancerous growth was removed 7 days ago. At my age,72, the scars don't bother me...life goes on and I am grateful for all of my family. Thanks for stopping by.
Nice to see your happy smiling face. It has been hard times for you with all the surgery over the last few months. I hope this is the last that you will need and that your health is now restored.
you look great, gloria. you're one of the very few people i know (younger or older than me) who is not afraid to divulge his/her age. so glad you are back to being healthy again and you have a million-dollar smile! aces!
A stunning shot of you Gloria, you are so blessed to be at peace with yourself. So glad that you still have that wonderful smile after all that you have been through. Btw, I turned 72 today ;-)
You look great and I admire your spirit & attitude towards life! Way to go, there is great wisdom in doing whatever necessary while hoping for the best I accepting tough moments!
You are a beautiful person inside and out. Thankful your surgeries are behind you and you are ready to move forward with this years challenges and all. It seems that cataract surgery is in everyones future who reach their 70's. I have 4-6 years to go until probably my turn. Take good care, Gloria! :)
