The ice on the water has grown into quite large chunks of ice - happens fairly quickly. It will be interesting to see what happens in the days to come when the temperature is going to stay cold!
@tonydebont It has been my experience to see the ice form like this - sometimes in very large slabs - often in roughly five-sided circles. Heading out to see if I can find some more.....
