Pink Flower on Bush

This is a pink flower on a bush beside my work building. Does anyone know what kind of flowers these are? Google is telling me they are a camellia tea plant but I'm not 100% sure.

Could be a Camellia- I'm better with wildflowers but it's quite pretty.
