Caught in Flight

Got my new tele lens yesterday, a Tamron AF 70-300mm 4-5.6 Di SP VC USD, and wanted to do some test shots in our wild life park again. Been there a couple of weeks ago with my old one, so I thought for comparison, it would be the best to test the new one under similar conditions. Turned out the conditions today were different, though, because it was a hot, sunny day with bright light and harsh shadows, and many animals couldn't cope well with the heat and were just resting.

But I was thrilled when I saw the pictures of the birds-of-prey show today! Never before, they turned out so well. I really think I'm going to like my new lens... :-)

SOOC, except cropping
Great shot! Good job! FAV!
