This is Misha, she belongs to my friends and neighbours and I've known her since she was a little pup (she is 11 now). She had a major operation this week to remove a big lump on her side and it went so well. She looks a bit fed-up here but she is doing soooo good. She has a shaved side and a big scar, but healing up nicely.
Oh how sweet.. how old is Misha?

Ice Safety
Recommended Minimum Ice Thickness for New Clear Hard Ice:
3" (7cm) or less STAY OFF
4" (10cm) ice fishing, walking, cross country skiing
5" (12cm) one snowmobile or ATV
8"-12" (20-30cm) one car or small pickup
12"-15" (30-38cm) one medium truck (pickup or van)
it takes some time before the ice gets safe enough for a truck.
