Farm Shed

photo 211
Driving from Hepburn Springs back to Melbourne, via Malmsbury, my friend and I came across this shed in the middle of a sun-soaked paddock with the most threatening of skies behind it.

Reviewing today's photos, I'm sorry I had the ISO up so high for this one. (It was from the previous situation we were in - not shown on 365.) Then again, you might like the graininess. Quality is lost when viewed large so just stick to what you see above.

What a great, stark shot! The shed looks ghostly against the rest of the scene. I especially love this when blown up. It reminds me of early film processes and has a historical quality to it.

I think the grain works perfectly here. Great scene.

I really like the grain in this - adds to the textures in the grasses and hills - a really filmic quality to this Shel

Your favorite light again - how do you manage to find it so often?
