Or at least that is what this image evoked in my overly imaginative mind, the dragon lurking inside on a pile of gold. Thanks to the opportunity of an earlier than normal evening dog walk, plus a clear sky, we both started and finished in daylight, the sunset setting fire to the leafless hedgerows. Shadows were long by the time we turned back, and a nip in the dusk air indicated a sharp frost to come.
Yes, who knows what's hiding in there. Lots of warmth from the light here, particularly on a cold day. Good that the days are drawing out a little in the evening now.
