A frosty morning under a clear sky, which meant that (a) the dogs stayed mud free, and (b) it was light at a reasonable time (well, at least for the time of year). Taken with my new Lumix TZ -100. I have always had a compact camera to carry when my DSLR is inconveniently large. My previous Lumix died after serving me for 10 years, and I wasn't impressed with an inherited Canon, and so I treated myself, with the help of Father Christmas. Images seem satisfactory, as are the many functions, but I have been most excited about the ability to wirelessly move images to my phone for my rare Facebook or Whatsapp posts. I know, many cameras have this now, but after all I still think that the World Wide Web is a neat idea not to be taken for granted.
This is lovely - and you did much better than me. I went out early, hoping to get dawn photos, only to see it cloud up, and not get much of anything. Interesting you're liking the new Lumix.
