This was taken a few weeks ago, but after a couple of hot dry weeks the clouds have returned, although more thundery than the shower clouds here. We live only slightly higher that the surrounding land, but weather systems often skirt around us, frustrating when we see rain a mile away, but our parched garden stays dry.
