Mossy Masonry.........

This moss never fails to amaze me as it lives on top of a brick pillar at the front of our property that supports the wooden fence from the road down between us and next doors house and garden (for my american followers, in the UK we separate our houses and land from the neighbours to enclose our gardens with walls and fences). It is exposed to all weather.

I love my macro lens as you wouldn't really notice this moss as you pass it, but capturing it like this shows how beautiful it actually is. Well I think so anyway. You may disagree!

I've just looked at the exif and see that the details are completely wrong! I used my 60mm macro lens at F2.8. How strange!
