A Walk in the Park..... by shepherdmanswife

A Walk in the Park.....

we were waiting for a white christmas but it came on boxing day. We all went out to the park yesterday to walk in the snow that hadn't melted. Was so nice to get out into this beautiful parkland on a sunny day.

I am now well on the way to recovery from my pneumonia. I've finished the second double lot of antibiotics and it seems to have done the trick this time. I am feeling stronger each day and expect to go back to work a week tomorrow. Thank you all for your concern and good wishes over the past 3 or 4 weeks.
A very beautiful wintery scene

I am so glad you have recovered fully!! Pneumonia is a nasty disease, and so many people I know have gotten it this year during the holidays. Take care of yourself now, and if you haven't already done so, start on a regimen of probiotics. Those antibiotics (and, you have taken some strong doses) kill the good bacteria along with the bad, especially in your gut, so you want to fortify them. Good luck!
