I was prepared for the rain this time. I had my waterproof over-trousers on, my waterproof coat and hat. My camera had it's own waterproof cover so it was fine! Was quite nice watching the dark clouds approaching with the sun still shining through the gaps.
This was taken at Beadnell Harbour, Northumbria.
Is that a ruin there? I'll have to find out more about Beadnell Harbour! I love the low clouds and the yachts so clear out there in the water! As well as the POV with the line of small waves coming in! fav
lovely scene - I am intrigued by those of you on here who plan ahead and are prepared - I just go with the flow and what happens ........................well it just happens :)
Excellent shot! I once raced from there to Alnmouth. You could chose your own routeā¦ I, along with hundreds of others, headed straight for the sea to cut off the first corner.. with sodden running shoes to Embleton beach, Dunstanburgh castleā¦ can't remember much of the rest apart from climbing over the barbed wire fence and covering the last half mile on soft sand! Fantastic it was! Thank you for bringing back the memory.. The Phoenix 14 it was called ...I've now discarded the T shirt!
so much colour and the placement is so great too.
lovely to see.
