Swallow

I never realised how pretty swallows are as I'd never seen one that had landed before. There were lots of these lovely birds nesting in a castle where they are safe from predators.

They are beautiful birds. We have a pair that nest in our porch every year. They sit just outside the lounge door and tell us all their stories. They don't get bothered by the dogs running around either.
