Bubble B&W by shesnapped

Bubble B&W

My get pushed challenge this week is high key photography. With all this snow, I thought I'd try frozen bubbles in it. Cannot say I was successful, at all, not even close. Mostly they just blew away. But I did catch this one, and the light and shadow caught my attention. The white balance adjustments in post processing never really turned the snow white, not any more than the original capture anyway, so I just put it in b&w, and this is what I came up with. Doesn't even look like snow anymore.... hmmmm....
@yeshanghai Take 2.

Ashley, I love it! I love how you processed it and the bubble looks amazing against rough but sparkly snow. It truly looks like a painting from an art Museum. Well done (but I miss your grandchildren)!

@yeshanghai Wow! Thank you! I almost didn't post this one. I wasn't sure there was anything to it. I miss the grandbabies, too!!! They're 8 hours away, but I'm traveling down there as often as I can - which explains why my posting is so spotty these days.
