My get pushed partner, Jackie Edwards @jackies365, gave me two options this week: "either recreate the style of another 365er trying to choose one whose style is nothing like your own, or to recreate a famous piece of art, it can be painting, photography or illustration."
The very first thing I thought of was Amanda L @amandal and her Boo Boo picture! I don't know why, but it was. And it made me laugh. And I think it's safe to say that this is NOTHING like my style at all, which dh can attest to as he keeps asking me to recreate one of Amanda's selfies in particular ... NOT saying which one .... haha. H*## NO!!!
Anyway, I had also just been looking at some of Laur's @creativeaddict photos and downloaded an app that she uses quite a bit to tweak her photos, so I incorporated her style too, ESPECIALLY since it takes away from the whole selfie thing.
Anyway, here it is. I've recreated Laur's style AND the famous Boo Boo photo of Amanda. Fun, and I'll probably never do THAT again since I'm not NEARLY as brave as Amanda! Think I'll move to something SAFER now! :-)
@shesnapped Maybe do it sometime just for him. It really was fun to do. I was wracking my brain on my selfies and that was what came to mind. I think I remember someone saying their husband wanted that shot of them:).
