Tax season is always rough, and a few extra pounds are usually inevitable. Wonder why!!!!
This is my self portrait for the week. I understand the theme this week is Emotion. The emotion was stress. Trying to get all W-2’s and 1099’s finished for all clients in advance of my weekend trip, get laundry done, packed, and sell the last of my Canon gear on eBay. Seconds after the eBay auction ended, the winning bidder, who had set up an automatic bid to outbid all other bidders by $10, cancelled their bid. To put it politely, I was ticked off!
So, stress. And what better way to relieve stress than ... chocolate. An unashamed raid of the bottom kitchen cabinet where all holiday chocolate is hidden prior to The Day turned up a nice little stash!!! And it was delicious!!!
Moral of the story: Chocolate Doesn’t Ask Silly Questions. Chocolate Understands.
