Went to National Night Out Monday night and entered the FREE bicycle raffle, and guess who won one of the bikes!!!! AND it’s her favorite color - fuchsia!!! To say she was pleased would be an understatement! Crazy thing is, she walked around all night just KNOWING she would win! The bikes came outfitted with really nice bike locks, headlights, and taillights, AND they measured each child’s head and gave them the appropriately sized helmet ... UNREAL!!!
The twins have been asking for bicycles this summer, so this was perfect. The boy child did not win, but Gradda took him to Walmart right after the event, and he came home with his favorite colored blue bike with a blue helmet, so all was well.
My Get Pushed challenge this week was to use a word from the monthly Word of the Day, and the word for Aug 6 is “Fairs/Exhibitions”, so this works!
That worked out well. Do you do any photo editing? I was just watching a video about removing distractions. If you have the inclination, the photo could be improved by removing the lady in the background wearing the white top.
