Toppled trees

Running behind with my uploading again, Sorry.

I don't know whether it was Storm Desmond or Storm Eva which brought all these trees down but this poor farmer will have a lot of wall gaps to put up as they are all laying across his wall. Inside the wood where they have fallen from is an awful mess also with hardly any trees standing.

Nice capture Shirley.It looks like they have fallen due to soft ground ? and not snapped off ?

@flowerfairyann @hermann @tonydebont @peterlgrave Thank you for the comments on my picture. Peter I haven't been into the wood but I think it is quite soft ground and yes they have all blown over rather than snapping off.
