Blue Tit by shirleybankfarm

Blue Tit

My luck is certainly in with catching birds. I was working in the garden today and this little blue tit made the mistake of coming for a feed while I was there. Luckily I had taken my camera out with me.
A magnificent shot. Fav.

Pretty bird and excellent capture. Birds are not my favourite subject. I'm just not quick enough to catch them.

Nice pov looking up at him Shirley. These little birds hardly seem to stay still for a moment so congratulations on getting such a brilliant shot of him.

@thresheg @gaylewood @dizzyd @hermann @annepann @tonydebont @beachdog @onewing @stiggle @harbie @bkbinthecity @pusspup @bruni @mummydawn @flowerfairyann @pyrrhula @milaniet Thank you all for your lovely comments. I am sorry I am so far behind with my thanks. I was very lucky with this shot because I had just put some seed on the tray and this little chap wanted to be first in for the feast. I had only taken a couple of steps away from the table when he landed. I had planned to go a little further away and try and get some shots with the zoom, but I didn't even need the zoom here. I think he realised his mistake and that is why he is looking so alert, a second later he was off.
