Best viewed large for detail.
The super Moon waning into day ten. Taken at 4:52 A.M. PDT on
5-15-2012. I took the picture of the moon through some lavender and grass. No special effects processing, just got down and focused on the moon through the flowers and grass.
I was sitting at my husband's computer when I looked at this picture. all I saw was the moon and a dark all around it. I switched over to my laptop and wow what a difference now I see the different shades in thid pic ture and the bit of light on the one side of the moon. perfectly done Shirley.
@bruni oh, thank you so much.. glad you were able to see it better on your laptop. The shades of puple and green really do give this moon shot a different feel.
