@olivetreeann I tried b&w for you but it was so grainy I tossed it. I think the original is just too low light to get good res.I want to do another b&w since not doing rainbow now.

@shutterbug49 I'm glad you tried it but I think I still would have preferred the color version- the lighting on the rose and the way the red jumps out of the black background is so dramatic- it suits the rose.
