Pronghorn in the west by simonesevero

Pronghorn in the west

Today my husband and I went east (I mean 20 miles east from where we live) to find what I call antelope (he calls them pronghorn). We did not need to drive much to find 6 of them together. It is amazing to see that despite the construction boom around them, they still gather around in the land that always belonged to them. We used to see them by the hundreds a decade ago, but now we can only find 6 or so at a time. They separated a little and I liked this one alone.
Sounded like an interesting drive

I remember seeing huge herds of antelope on our trips from Denver to New Mexico, a shame there seem to be so few anymore. Nice image, I like the lone animal on the range.
