This was taken from an overpass above I80 west bound before the PA/Ohio state lines. A tanker truck overturned in the median slowing west bound traffic. Both west bound lanes as far as you could see in both directions from the overpass were backed up and at a crawl.
@groovygirlrn - You can say that again. I updated the information in the description. It took a long time to clear the overturned tanker which contained fuel.

@travelingcamper - Thank you Lorena!! Yes there are!! Many times we become aware of them when we noticed a large amount of truck traffic being re-routed between exit ramps.
