Buhl Park Casino by skipt07

Buhl Park Casino

Thank you all for your gracious comments and favs on yesterday's photo!
A second attempt at creating a Thomas Kinkade look. This is what is called the casino at Buhl Park. No there is no gambling. This building recently underwent a major renovation. It is now used for wedding receptions and other kinds of large gatherings. The Casino designed by Charles Hopkinson of Cleveland, was constructed for dances and general use by swimmers, skaters, and other guests of the park.
While Thomas Kinkade has the ability to surround his quaint cottages with snow covered trees and hills, I don't. To give the warm glow I applied a mask in PhotoShop. All the lamp posts were not on. I lit them in PhotoShop
What a beautiful image

Thank you for the follow Ana!

Thank you all so much for your gracious acceptance of my feeble attempt to mimic the Master Painter of Light. I'd like to keep working on my technique to see if I can get a more realistic look.

So glad you led me to this photo! What a magnificent structure! Actually, it's simple, in concept, but in this setting it's so stunningly beautiful!
